Job description:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Business-to-Business lead generation, prospecting and sales conversion
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Creating a robust sales pipelines
Contacting client prospects (cold calls, emails, etc) and making the initial pitch for our services

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2-year experience in a similar role
Have a great understanding of digital services like SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing and how they can benefit clients.
Should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
Clear presentation listening skills are mandatory.

Education: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
